The church is coordinating the order of t-shirts with our new logo.
Except for smaller sized shirts, the church logo will be placed on the front left of the shirt with a larger logo on the back of the shirt. The smaller shirts will feature a larger logo centered in the front only and no logo on the back. Logo placement cannot be modified!
Step 1: Review Your Options
There are many options to choose from:
- Shirt style
- Sleeve length
- Shirt size
- Shirt color (NOTE: Be careful choosing gray, because the logo contains gray elements. White, yellow, and lighter colors would work fine.)

Step 2: Fill Out the Order Form
Once you’ve chosen your shirt(s), open the order form PDF, and either: 1) print it and fill it out, or 2) fill it out online and save it.
Step 3: Give the Order Form and Money to the Church by Oct 23
Printed order forms may be dropped off at the church office.
Electronic (PDF) order forms should be emailed to the church office (office@downsumc.org).
Accepted payment methods are:
- Check made payable to Downs UMC
- Cash
- Electronic payment (see Darla or Janice at church; there will be a 2.6% + 10 cent surcharge)
